5. Shipping & Delivery

International shipping is not currently available

5.2 Delivery Address

Voltmarts is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by you
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you may be charged redelivery fees

5.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is placed

5.4 Risk of Loss

6. Returns & Refunds

⏰ IMPORTANT: 2-Day Return Window - All returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. This includes weekends and holidays.

6.1 Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery if:

The product is unused and in original condition
Original packaging is intact and undamaged
All accessories and documentation are included
No signs of wear or usage are visible
The product has not been customized or personalized

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

Used or partially used products
Products used by a child (baby products, clothing, feeding items, etc.)
Products damaged due to misuse or accident
Items without original packaging or tags
Customized or personalized products
Items listed as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Hygiene-sensitive items (diapers, creams, medicines, etc.)

6.3 Return Process

Log in to your Voltmarts account and navigate to "Order History"
Select the order containing the item you wish to return
Click "Request Return" and select the reason
Follow the instructions to generate a return label
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Attach the return label and hand over to the courier
We'll inspect the item upon receipt
Refund will be processed if item meets return criteria

6.4 Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items
For other returns, customers may bear return shipping costs (or it may be deducted from refund)
Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Items must reach our facility within 5 days of initiating return

6.5 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after item inspection
Refund amount = Product price (excluding shipping & taxes)
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
In case of disputes, we may request additional documentation
Shipping charges are non-refundable
